1. Who you are dealing with
Opportrail ("the service") is a Zevron Global brand, provided by Zevron Global, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: hello@opportrail.com.
2. An early service
Opportrail is new. Today it gives founders and investors a free preview of their top 5 matched opportunities with the reasons each one fits. Other roles can join a waitlist. The full plan, drafts, tracker, weekly refresh and paid plans are marked "coming soon" on the site and are not available yet. Features may change; we will tell you before any change that materially reduces what you have paid for.
3. What we do, and what we do not do
- We match you to events, programmes, clubs, investor networks, competitions, credits and grants, based on your answers, and explain why each one fits.
- Opportunity information comes from publicly available listings and adverts and is summarised by AI. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- We do not guarantee acceptance, funding, investment or any other result, and we do not guarantee that any third-party event or programme is as described.
- We do not take payment from organisers to rank them.
- We are not the organiser of any opportunity we show, and we do not represent you to organisers.
- Opportrail is not investment, legal or financial advice. For investors we list rooms (forums, networks, clubs and education); we never recommend an investment product.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check each opportunity yourself (dates, entry rules, costs and terms) before you apply, register or pay.
- Any ticket, fee or application is between you and the organiser. You pay organisers directly, and we are not responsible for their refunds, changes or cancellations.
- Give true answers, keep your password safe, and use the service only for yourself or your own company or fund.
- Do not copy or resell the service or its data, try to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these rules. If you have paid, we will refund any unused month.
5. Plans, billing and cancelling (when payments open)
Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they open, these terms apply:
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged by Stripe.
- The free preview costs nothing: your top 5 matches with the reasons they fit.
- Pro costs $39 a month, billed monthly in advance until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires it.
- The one-time plan costs $99, paid once. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. If we do not deliver your plan, we refund you in full. Once it is delivered, we do not refund it, except where the law requires it.
- If a monthly payment fails, we pause Pro until it succeeds, and end the subscription if it is not paid.
6. Your content
Your answers remain yours. You let us use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost income or indirect loss, or for the acts of any organiser or other third party, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
8. Changes to these terms
We will email account holders at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account (or cancel a paid plan) before then.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
